📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely restocking.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer interactions.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales tracking software.,Good understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
