In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various exhibition activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate exhibition activities, including booth setups, product displays, and promotional events.,Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that all exhibition materials are of high quality and meet client requirements.,Oversee the budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that exhibition activities align with overall marketing strategies.,Attend and participate in exhibitions both locally and internationally.,Provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of exhibition activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of new exhibition strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Experience in exhibition planning and coordination is a plus.,Familiarity with exhibition software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
