Hub Sky Corporindo is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. You will work closely with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Schedule and assign vehicles to drivers based on company needs,Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure timely repairs,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption,Coordinate with drivers for safe and efficient driving practices,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
