📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and maintain office equipment and facilities.,Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in operations.,Maintain accurate records and reports of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and in-office tasks effectively.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
