📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and resolve labor disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
• Develop, implement, and maintain labor policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on labor relations best practices.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Monitor and analyze labor-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure that the company is compliant.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and labor unions or representative bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations and human resources management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of labor union management and collective bargaining.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
