Lingkungan Intan Bakso is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. We are a family-owned bakery that has been serving the community for over 20 years. We are seeking a professional who can help us maintain our high standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the bakery industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the bakery,Manage and coordinate with the production team to meet production targets,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement operational procedures and standards,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the food and beverage industry,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
