📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.
  • Train and supervise junior staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and process meat according to standards.
  • Manage waste and ensure efficient use of resources.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook or Butcher.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food products.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local and international food standards.
  • Ability to handle and process meat safely and efficiently.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and ordering systems.
