🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic or business development role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using business analysis and strategic planning tools and software.,Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
