📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the Puskesmas, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the financial health of the Puskesmas.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Monitor and control expenditures to ensure they are within budget.,Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or financial sector.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Experience with financial software and systems is a plus.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
