📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate the vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.,Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.,Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, both inside and out.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any passenger concerns or requests promptly.,Monitor the vehicle's performance and report any mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, scheduling, break times, and vehicle maintenance.,Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Promote a positive and respectful work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Excellent knowledge of the local area and routes.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.,Passion for transportation and commitment to providing excellent service to passengers.
