PT Optima Berkah Pratama is looking for a dedicated and professional Cashier to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the cash register. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.,Ensure the cash register is operated correctly and securely.,Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.,Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking as needed.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Basic computer skills, especially in using cash register software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
