📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that distribution plans align with customer demands.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues related to product delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
