📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for both imports and exports, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth trade transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and report on trade activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with changes in trade policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of trade strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Provide support in the preparation of shipping documents and customs declarations using software like SAP or similar systems.
• Conduct regular audits of trade processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the footwear or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, both locally and internationally.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience with trade documentation software like SAP or similar systems is a plus.
