As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles, maintaining records, and coordinating with drivers and mechanics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain vehicle records, including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing measures to reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle inspection requirements.,Handle vehicle scheduling and route planning for optimal efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including vehicles and records.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
