📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Support network infrastructure and ensure network security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.,Monitor system performance and ensure data backup and recovery.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and tools.,Document IT processes and maintain IT documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
