As a Japanese F&B Purchasing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of sourcing high-quality Japanese food and beverage products to meet our business needs. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per month, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Jakarta Utara.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our procurement team to identify, negotiate, and secure the best Japanese food and beverage suppliers. You will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing process, from vendor selection to order fulfillment, ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and meets our customers' expectations. This position is perfect for a professional who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and has a keen eye for quality and detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and source high-quality Japanese food and beverage products from reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive and favorable terms.
• Manage the procurement process, including order placement, tracking, and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on food and beverage.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese food and beverage products and market trends.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is a plus.
