📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Design, implement, and maintain DevOps practices and tools to improve our development and deployment processes.,Monitor and optimize the performance of our systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in our development and deployment workflows.,Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our organization.,Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks.,Work closely with the development team to ensure that our applications are designed and developed with DevOps principles in mind.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.,Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/DevOps methodologies.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements is a plus.
