📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the General Affairs department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.,Handle administrative tasks such as document management, travel arrangements, and employee records.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with administrative procedures and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
