Makmur Zahra Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Kitchen Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service to our patients and staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and inventory management.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service.,Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.,Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food service.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service role.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.
