Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement new operational strategies to improve the company's performance.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company's operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in operations management, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles, processes, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operations management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
