📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, including patient care, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and treatment.,Manage and supervise front desk and administrative staff.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
