📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational goals.,Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to the hiring manager.,Manage and mentor recruitment team members, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards for sourcing candidates.
