📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Oversee staff training and development to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and report key performance indicators to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food service industry standards and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience with marketing and promotional strategies is a plus.
