CV Kartika Media is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently,Manage and supervise a team of operations staff,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs),Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage inventory and supply chain operations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with ERP and inventory management software is a plus
