📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Maintain and expand the company's customer base through effective sales techniques.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.,Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
