📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their banking needs,Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions,Monitor cash levels and ensure sufficient supplies of cash and change,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank tellers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Adhere to all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or banking role,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Proficiency in using computer systems and software,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
