📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timely recording in QuickBooks.
• Issue invoices and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Follow up on overdue payments and work with clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve our accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
