📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of industrial systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficient in using industrial maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience with industrial equipment and machinery in a food processing environment is a plus.
