As an Intellectual Capital Manager at PT Inovasi Bangka, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, working closely with senior management to ensure that our intellectual assets are maximized. You will develop and implement a comprehensive intellectual capital management framework, using tools like Balanced Scorecard and SWOT analysis to measure and enhance our competitive advantage.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic intellectual capital management framework
• Identify and assess key intellectual assets, including human capital, customer relationships, and organizational processes
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of intellectual capital to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Create and deliver reports on intellectual capital performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in intellectual capital management
• Train and mentor team members on intellectual capital management principles and practices
• Partner with HR to develop and implement intellectual capital management initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in intellectual capital management, strategic planning, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing intellectual capital management frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using intellectual capital management tools and software, such as Balanced Scorecard, SWOT analysis, and other relevant applications
• Certification in intellectual capital management or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
