Daikin Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join our HVAC Solutions team in Pekanbaru, Riau. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for HVAC solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Present and negotiate contracts to secure sales and meet revenue targets.,Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.,Strong understanding of HVAC products and technologies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for customer visits.
