At Creative Wave Studios, we’re passionate about creating captivating visual stories that resonate with audiences. As a Motion Graphics Designer & Animator, you’ll be at the forefront of our creative process, working on a variety of projects for our clients in Pangkal Pinang. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to craft visually stunning animations and motion graphics that tell compelling stories.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our team of designers, copywriters, and producers to develop creative concepts, refine storyboards, and bring them to life through animation. Whether it’s creating eye-catching intros and outros for videos, designing engaging social media content, or producing high-impact promotional materials, your work will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding results for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and animate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
• Create storyboards and conceptual designs to communicate creative ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and producers to develop and refine creative concepts.
• Ensure all animations and motion graphics meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Contribute to the overall creative vision and direction of the agency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer & Animator, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling techniques.
• Experience working with brands and advertisers in the digital media industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for creativity and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
