📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver educational programs for healthcare providers in geriatric and elderly care settings.
• Assess the needs of community members and develop tailored educational programs to address those needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that educational programs are aligned with best practices and standards of care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to healthcare providers in the implementation of educational programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in geriatric and elderly care through ongoing education and training.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote the importance of geriatric and elderly care.
• Work with community partners to develop and implement programs that address the unique needs of the elderly population.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in geriatric and elderly care.
• Certification in geriatric care (e.g., Certified Gerontological Nurse Specialist, Certified Aging in Place Specialist).
• Strong knowledge of geriatric and elderly care best practices and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in developing and delivering educational programs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
