📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the management of hotel assets, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Track and analyze asset performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address asset issues promptly.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain asset records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in asset management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
